Though immediate assistance is available Tuesday—Saturday, please allow us one business day to respond to any inquiries. Ordering Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Orders may be placed through our secure web site or via phone. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, assistance is available Tuesday—Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm EST through the Museum Store front desk at 412-371-0600, option 1.

Delivery
In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. The Museum Store online ships via USPS Parcel Post. Packages should arrive within 10 business days. The Museum Store does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that products ordered together may not be shipped together.
COVID-19 Update: Orders may take longer than usual to ship.
We are currently experiencing delays throughout our supply chain because of the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, your order may take longer than usual to ship. We recommend that you shop as early as possible to ensure timely delivery of your holiday gifts. Curbside or in-store pick-up is also available.
Pickup orders will be processed and ready for pick up within 2-4 business days. Orders may be picked up Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. A museum associate will contact you to set up a day and time for pick-up.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will include 7% sales tax on full purchase price including shipping and handling charges. Orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania are tax-exempt.
Returns/Exchanges
We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Contact the Museum Store for assistance with returns. As shipping costs are for service, we are unable to refund shipping charges. If you receive a damaged item, please call 412-371-0600 or email museumstore@thefrickpittsburgh.org immediately.
Membership
Frick members receive a 10% discount on all purchases. If you do not know your Member ID Number, or to become a member of the Frick, please call 412-371-0600 to speak with a Frick staff member. Memberships can also be purchased online through the Museum Store.
Please Note: If you become a member of the Frick today, please select the “Member Price” for each item you wish to purchase to receive a 10% discount. You will not be charged shipping fees on your membership.
