The Frick Art Museum Ornament

This brass ornament, produced exclusively for the Frick Art & Historical Center, features The Frick Art Museum.

Designed by Pittsburgh architects Pratt, Schafer & Slowik, the Italian Renaissance-style Frick Art Museum houses the collection of Helen Clay Frick, founder of the Frick Art & Historical Center. Highlights include French 18th-century painting and decorative arts, early Italian Renaissance painting, and a diverse range of temporary exhibitions. This intimate museum built in 1970 is constructed of Alabama limestone, marble from Italy and Portugal, Mexican tile, Burmese and African teak, American walnut, and Honduran mahogany.
